Fall Irish Language Classes starting next week!

Learn the heart of your Irish heritage by learning Irish Gaelic! Irish language classes will be starting again. Beginner and 2nd year classes will start on Saturday morning. Sept 27th at the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center located at 6 Lake Ave in Danbury, CT. The Intermediate class will meet via Skype starting on Wednesday evening Sept 24th. Irish Language Immersion Day - Lá na Gaeilge

The Gaelic-American Club Language Group is proud to host the Lá Gaeilge on October 4, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The cost is $50.00 and includes lunch. The Club is located on Beach Ave in Fairfield, CT. Lá Gaeilge is a fun filled day of Irish language and culture where language students at all levels meet to improve their skills. Participants have a wide range of language proficiency and include people who have never heard or spoken Irish before up to people who learned Irish growing up as a child as their first language (Native Speakers). Irish Gaelic Afternoon - April 26th, 2014

The Irish Gaelic Circle of Connecticut An Afternoon of Irish Gaelic (Tráthnóna na Gaeilge) The Circle will offer an Irish language program at the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels in a half day event. All are invited to attend this day from those with no Irish to native speakers. Come and be with us if you are curious about the language, want to improve or use your Irish or to help learners develop their skills. This is our third event and will be an enjoyable afternoon with classes, a lecture and time for conversation, refreshments and pastries. Three fluent and gifted teachers will be teaching the classes and delivering the lecture: including Eileen Zurell, Daltaí na Gaeilge (Students of the Irish Language), NJ, Muireann Ní Chuív, Irish Language Teacher, Irish Arts Center, NY and Caoimnhe Nic Giollarnáith, Irish Language Teacher, Irish Arts Center, NY.
