Beginners Irish Language Class for Western Connecticut and Westchester / Putnam Counties



The Beginners Irish language class will resume on Saturday, April 1st at 9:45 – 11:00 AM and will meet weekly for an 8 week term. Online Intermediate Irish Language Class for Time Zones in North and South America

The Online Intermediate Irish language class will resume meeting on Tuesdays, March 28th, 8:00 - 9:15 PM ET for a 10 week term. This friendly class is suitable for those who have studied Irish for at least a year or more and want to increase their fluency in reading, writing and conversation. No need to download any software. Friday, March 10 Mass Celebrating Irish Faith and Culture

Because the Feast of St. Patrick falls during spring break, we will acknowledge him on Friday, March 10th, during the Lenten Weekday Mass at 12:10 PM in the Egan Chapel. The liturgy will include several readings and prayers in Irish Gaelic. The Mass is open to everyone and all members of the community are invited to attend this celebration of Irish faith and culture in honor of St. Patrick the patron saint of Ireland. The Mass and the reception following is being hosted by the Irish Studies Program here at Fairfield University.
